Hope?

Hope?
Is there hope at all?
Is courage a myth?
Love a fools tale?

Is mercy true?
Are wrong and right false?
Is there a god in heaven above?

Hope, is all we have

(I know this poem isn't that great but hey, I made it up on the spot)

Hope is all? Whatever happened to Faith & Charity? Little gripe from me. (ignore it if you like cause it's measly) fool's (apostrophe) I would have liked to see you expand on this. Bring some of your opinions into play. I know you have them.

Hmm, thanks for the review. I have a few comments on your comment though. First off, faith is hope isn't it? Secondly, about charity, the point of my poem is to question whats good in the world. I thought that when you put an appostraphe there it meant fool is. Maybe I'm wrong here, just a thought. Well, thank you for the review, and maybe I will expand on this if I can find the time, although I do not have much of it these days.

I was being flippant when I mentioned Faith & Charity. Sorry if I was confusing. The apostrophe also declares the belonging or possessive tense. The story comes from the fool so it's his. I used to screw up possessive when it came to its. [Its colour is blue.] I used to add the apostrophe and was advised it was wrong. But fools lay claim to things so they are the fool's belongings.
