Thread: Writing Poetry

Why Do we do it?
Why do we write?
Is it to inspire?
Or to tell what has transpired?
But why do they read it?
To be inspired?
Or know what has transpired?
Or is this thought wrong?
Maybe we write for other reasons.
And maybe they have reasons too.
Because it isn't there.
And because it is there.

I do like this observation , all great questions I have repeatedly ask myself, Why do we continue to fling words out into the universe...well done! Peace...Jul
