Hoot, once again, a very sophisticated, erudite poem. Your structure in parts. First thing that came to mind was Elliot's "The Wasteland". Then your title "You: Elliot Idyll". Some connection here? Or am I just connecting dots for naught? Nervertheless, I read some of Elliot here. Perhaps your muse?

It takes three blue to love you
    dishonest, regretful
I like the internal rhyme. Is there a way you can make "three blue" less obsucure?

    Rome beneath a table
    instead of your Sparta
    where you are the belly-thief
Imagery great! Who is the laconphile? "Your Sparta" The sergeant? Who might he represent?

    And you, dolorous Mother
One of my favorite words. So much better than the "sad" sad.

    your flamboyant halo street
    situated on beaded chairs in
    high-rises
What can get better then this. But I know there's more to come.

    Memories, like pains in time,
    you, Eliot, hoarding

    Bohemian songs, singing but
    dare not laughing beyond
a crackle inside a dead museum
    and, sometimes the sky is
    blood soaked by Devils when
    women are exquisite
    stenographers
Very interesting but curious stanza. The enigmatic Elliot, here. And the highlighted is spectacular.

Hoot, I could go on forever and with delight but I fear my brain would hurt, reading more into your fascinating literary journey. What I would love to hear: You explaining, summarizing this poem. Supurb. Laurie

Eliot Idyll is a friend of mine, just as down, cynical, and wonderful as T.S. My muses, cause really we all have many of 'em, are lovers and artists. Most of my poetry or prose allows the tone or essence of the piece to hold its meaning, allowing the images, related in various ways to an actual concrete subject, to carry the reader through the emotions of the vision. If you'd like an explanation of some passages, I'd gladly send you a PM. Thanks Silver, your appreciation is always welcome.
