    Fast and furious

Apple, and others, have been so good at getting back to me promptly that our monthly challenge is getting ahead of itself. Never mind, let the fun be fast and furious.

As you may gather from that we have a new challenge, and it certainly looks like being fun after such a sombre subject as war, in apples own words:-

"Let's just see who can win by writing a poem around the word NERD or GEEK. and no finger pointing ! "

Please post your poems in this thread:-

The usual rules apply, I will be happy to clarify if there are any doubts, entry is open to all, BUT NO FINGER POINTING!

I have only a basic working knowledge of computers and don't do pub quizzes so I should be safe enough.

Do the words nerd and geek need to be present in the entered poems?
Poets are always taking the weather so personally. They're always sticking their emotions in things that have no emotions.

This is in no way official, I'll leave that to Olly, but I don't think the words would have to appear in our pieces. We're in the business of showing not telling, or at least we try to be.

Please see the note I have added to Baron's sticky on the monthly challenge, poetic licence applies.
