This is the first poem Ive written in a year, I really need comments and critisisum becuz this poem has a lot of emotion that needs to come out. Thank you.


In my head
Cant get out
Reluctant to leave
Released through a shout

Comes back stronger
To spread its wings
Ripping, and tearing
Until it rings

Air is now smoke
To breathe is to choke
Hours on end
Searching for hope

Dreams turn into tears
Salty pain keeps you tied
To feel nothing
Is how you hide

Learn to hate
Learn to forget
Take away the pain
Of the memory of when you first met

Only way to think straight
Is to not think at all
Only way to move on
Is to not let that thought thaw
