To see another's way of thought
Allows for oneness as we ought.
At least it does provide a way
To understand just what we say,
That we may know another's heart
And not from others flee apart.
And so my wish for you is true,
That through my eyes you can see you.

Don't think that I perfection seek,
Or that you must not seem too weak.
The struggles of our human race -
I see the same within your face.
So when I look, and sometimes stare
At you, plase dear, just be aware
That even through some doubt or fear,
You are accepted by me, dear.

A simple truth seems fair to say:
We are connected in some way.
That our two paths have crossed is clear,
And to you I'd draw close and near.
But in my drawing, you should know
My expectation is to show
The truth of what is in my heart:
That I enjoy just what thou art.
