Who, what will you be on Halloween?
Maybe a goblin or a queen?
I’ll go as a hat,
nothing better than that.
With bow and veil, I'll steal the scene.

"No Forgiveness for the Chrysalis"
A lonely old ghost from the past
Said how many years will this last?
I'm all out of boo,
My sheet's torn in two,
My haunting is on it's last gasp.
A horrible goblin from hell
Came up through a deep water well.
He gurgled and dripped
And finally tripped
We all heard him scream as he fell.
The witches at midnight do roam.
You'd think that they haven't a home.
But sure as you stare,
They'll be everywhere,
And ask may they borrow a comb.
I can do this all night, but I'll stop now. That makes about ten for the day altogether, but none of the others were about Halloween.
edit - Someone needs to count the syllables. These were top-of-the-head pieces and may not all be correct.
edit - They all appear to be 8-8-5-5-8 and scan 3-3-2-2-3.
