    Death of ignorance

When you lose the one you love, whether it was your fault or not you feel as if your heart was just sliced open. You feel like you are slowly dieing from the poison of depression and anger. You start to wonder why you should pray any more because it is obvious that no one is there listening or even caring about you. Your soul feels like it was destroyed in almost every way known to man and even some ways not known to man. Your will to live becomes no stronger than a twig. But worst of all you start to lose hope in everything you stand for. No one deserves to lose the one they love, but everyone feels the death of their ignorance in one way or another.

Eventhough I wouldn't say this is a poem(like I know..lol)..I liked it...you hit the nail on the head with the feelings, legend. Death of ignorance? Never really thought of it that way...thanks for the read.

I dunno--I probably deserve to lose the one I love, but that's just me.

I'm glad you all liked it. I tried to make people think with this poem or whatever you want to call it.
