Does it bother you the way some people look
When you laugh out loud while reading a book
Do they think your strange
And really quite deranged
Or do you just don’t give a fuck

I'm not so sure about the last rhyme but I don't really care because it's too funny. And irony, that too.
There are some places where that word is pronounced like the 'uc' is an 'oo'.![]()
This made me laugh, and I get this feeling rather often. Cheers![]()
Hahah good read! Very entertaining. I cant help but think though, it flows better without the word 'quite'. Maybe its just how I read.
One nit.
It's cute. And you're right, some people do pronounce it oo. My neighbor has French Canadian contact at work that she says once used that pronunciation.Do they think you're strange

Welcome to the forum, Sonofjoe. Although, as Olly pointed out, it does not exactly conform to the parameters of a limerick, who cares, it's an adorable little piece. The oo makes that word sound so much better. Much enjoyed.
Best,
Lisa
