    Here is a device

Take a thesaurus if you need it and pick a letter, a, z, v, j, ect... Craft a valid poem about something using 95 percent of the words starting with the same letter. It's a great exercise to fight through writers block and a stepping stone to creating melodic prose. A very base level exercise.

Worst case scenario is you learn some words.

    A perfectly punctual person
    Pissed on passerby’s pervetedly
    Pondered presumptions of pain
    Pictured peaches peering

    Perverts peered at peaches
    Perfectly profound peaches
    Pondering past pacts
    Of pictures of peaches

    Pain progresses past pure
    Perfectly profound peaches
    Pushing pure paste

    In your face

hey this is a cool poem!
    quite clever
    Here is my take

V not Vendetta !!! a VolauVent of course!!

    voleuavent of a violets vault
    vigilant in varieties
    vibrant in velasquez
    vintaged and verified
off they vagabonded on a vine
    vividly voluptiously
    and vibrated vehemently
to a Verde viola and violin

Writer's block is no new customer to me . Seems worth a shot.

    Love lost lasts longer
    than lifeless longing,
    lustfully lunging,
    languishing loudly.

    Love lost lasts longer
    than lady luck's lies -
    looting like lovers -
    loving like looters.

    Love lost lasts longer
    than lifting lunacy,
    licking limp loners,
    limitlessly lorn.

    Love lost lavishes
    lofty loneliness,
    labelling locked loans
    ludicrously late.

Titled: Better to not have found than found and lost.

EDIT: Hard to say if it actually helped... or not .

    Titled: Summers Here!

    Bright Beach Balls Bouncing
    Boys on Blown Blue Boats
    Baby-sitters Bemoaning
    Beachy Brawlers Brawling
    Baby Birds Buzzing
    Busy Bodies Bustling
    Beautiful Beings Being
    Bitter Blue Berries
    Bulky Blankets Banished
    Blooming Blossoms Beauty.
