The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle

Hi,

Does anybody here read 'The Power Of Now' by Eckhart Tolle?

I find it a very enlightenment book.

Yea, well I like his teachings and its helped a lot with my anxiety. I wouldn't call myself a 'convert' as that would sound like i'm his follower, which isn't a bad thing. However its very important to look beyond the teacher. Look at christianity, now they worship Jesus and overlook a lot of his teachings.

So how did his teachings affect your life?

Yes, it's a great book. Due to anxiety and all sorts of fears and insecurities, I have been reading a lot of thought provoking and positive thinking books over the past year. Brilliant.
