Theodocia McLean’s book, 'Footprints In My Life Journey’, is what she calls “A Daily Life Self-Discipline Workbook”. This workbook is designed not only to help Theodocia, but also to help others who suffer with Bi-Polar, Depressive Disorders and other Mental Illness. This book is a not meant as a medical guide or instructions for anyone with Bi-Polar, Depressive Disorders and other Mental Illness. It is as the author intended, a shared version of her daily footsteps in her lifetime recovery program with mental illness. She also shares a letter and a poem in the beginning of the workbook.
