It's certainly growing, and I believe ebooks are now outselling print for the first time ever. Haven't got an article to hand, but they shouldn't be too hard to find via Google.

'My Mind Flies All Over the Place'.
I think it's the fact that it is so easy to publish in ebook format and now that we have the likes of Kindle (and the rest - although I love my Kindle) they are now extremely convenient to download and read. The fact that you can carry around what equates to hundreds of books with you, to be able to buy a "book" and have it delivered in less than 2 minutes fits perfectly with today's fast and furious lifestyle. However as much as I am behind this market completely I don't think it will ever replace the printed book and nor should it (in my opinion) but I think that's probably a topic for another thread. Apologies for maybe going off topic a little.
