How the hell do you sign up on NaNoWriMo's forums? I can't find a register link ANYWHERE!

From the NaNoWriMo FAQ:

When can I sign up?
October 1, 2006

When is the cut-off date for sign-ups?
November 25, 2006 (hope springs eternal).

Once Oct. 1 rolls around and you sign up, you can use the forums until the following Sept. when they begin archiving the previous year's stuff.
