Thread: Anyone doing something a little different for NANOWRIMO?

Instead of starting a new 50,000 word novel, my plan is to get my novel that is now sitting at around 80,000 words up to its finish, which will probably be around 120,000 words. That'll be the first time I ever actually finish a novel. I'm excited.

You guys doing anything like this? Or are all of you doing the standard 50,000-word novel thing?

I'm just doing the standard 50K word novel, although I'm definitely going to shoot for more. I have a current work that just hit 60K words but I'm going to try to start something different for Nano.
