I thought about taking a serious look at the life and progression of a contract killer. More a monologue from the character's perspective describing the process, his upbringing and eventual occupation. I think I'll likely hit a stumbling block in the research phase, since if it were that easy to find out the methods and channels of professional killers its likely the profession wouldn't exist.

However, I can't stand the cutesy abbreviation or arbitrary deadlines so I guess its doesn't have much to do with November.
