Not so comfy that you fall asleep, but good back and neck support. I have one of those big cloth-covered (so I don't stick to it) manager's chairs with an adjustable seat and incline, and that's worth every penny I paid for it.

I agree with me too. Good job, me. *breaks arm patting self on back*
Think of all the time you spend in the desk chair...if you're like me, it's upwards of six hours a day. A bad chair can give you a bad back, cut off circulation, and worse.
This chair got on the mover's truck. The La-Z-Boy didn't. Go figure.

And hey...to get back to the topic, I'm at 61,547 words. All of them typed in this chair *ducks*
And I'm gonna fail NaBloPoMo* cuz I didn't post every day this month, even though I have posted more than the required number of bloggeries. Their rules are stringent that way.

    Just hit 6K words.

It is strange I have fought with writers block for almost two years now, having been beaten to a standstill and lost pretty much all desire to write any kind of story, and it feels good to be back writing again. Just being creative and trying to build a world and all that fun stuff with out the mess of getting bogged down to death in the details.

Yes it is crappy writing, I'll admit that, this story looks like a 5th grader flunked English, I mean I am making every mistake a writer could make, using "was" and "And then" and telling as opposed to showing all that, I am even writing in 3rd person floating shift to whatevertheheckIfeellike writing as kind of stuff, and strangely I don't care! (insert insane laugh)

But be damned it all, I am writing again and it feels good. Not much writing mind you, and not fast, but I am writing none the less, which is better then anything I have been doing for the last two years.

    I feel good!

I am wondering if maybe I got too wrapped up in "writing a story" when I should have been focusing on just "writing a story".

But who cares.. I'm writing again, and to me that is all that matters.

Just over halfway now. I'm behind on the dailies though. I need to get to 30,000 by tonight to stay on top of everything.

41,150, but haven't been able to upload it to the NaNo site. My server is giving me fits! Maybe later this evening. In the meantime, I'm coming up against a block of sorts. Maddening!!!

I'm behind. The kids all managed to all have the flu at the same time. An amazing first, usually it's one and then another. But that meant a very tired mommy. I'm about 29K tonight. I may get a bit more out before bed, but I'm not staying up past 1 am tonight.
