Chores never sounded so good as when we're forcing ourselves to write. *grin*
I have the same problem. For me, it's a little bit of a 'fear of failure' internal shut-off valve (You can't fail at writing if you don't write, right?), as well as lack of focus. Music (voiceless movie soundtracks) helps. Picking the right time of day or night helps too. So does setting myself up to write ahead of time, as in a clean desk, a mug of coffee, a bottle of cold water, a small bowl of non-sticky snacks like dry Frosted Mini-Wheats or carrot sticks, and even going for a pre-write walk to clear my head.
