im stuck :(
well i was all ecited and i can to it had loads to put on the pages, i wrote them out and now nothing!!!!!
arrgh!!!!!!
anyone know anything that can help me get the flow going again?

I strongly advise taking a break. Watch TV, listen to sme music for a bit and then come back to it. Some things may have sorted themselves out a little more.

thanks.... i usually have somthing in the backround, tv, music, a movie ect.
i had an exercise break...... GO KARATE!!!!
and i'll have a break alll saturday
