I like to write, but sometimes I'm afraid to. I obsess about things I like to do, and sometimes that means I'll push things aside that I should be doing. I'm hoping I can control that to some degree, but probably not. I've lost a lot of friends over the years while I obsess over this and that, but maybe this time will be different.

As for my writing, I stay mainly with fiction and poetry, normally free verse or some twisted meter that probably amuses only me. I will try to keep the coarse language to a minimum, but I'm a stickler for realism at times so I might just have to edit myself. Asterisks are good ways to defuse f-bombs, but I'd prefer no to have to use them if I can get away with it.
