Biography:

I live in England in Sherwood Forest, or at least what would have been Sherwood Forest 100 years ago, now its Forest Fields.
I have been a DJ for about 15 years, starting out as a free party DJ, going through the club scene and out of the other side! I now mainly play funk and hip hop but have been known to blow the dust off some of my oldskool dance records and raise the roof. I also play around with graphic design and I am an avid photographer.
I used to write a few years ago but decided to put it on hold while I indulged myself for a few years and now I am getting a little older I am returning to writing. I am determined to make a success out of it and the last time I felt this good about anything set me up as a DJ for some years.
I studied Art Therapies at university and specialised in Dance & Movement. Having been a DJ and watched many a dance floor interaction became intrigued by the therapeutic value of the party scene. I realised that people feel very free to express themselves on a dance floor. Understanding that communication is done mainly through physical gestures (I think it’s estimated that around 60% of communication is physical, 30% is intonation and only 10% the words we use) I studied the communication people have with each other while dancing, communication that the mind often misses. It’s like watching people have conversations they are not aware they are having!
