I found things I haven't laid eyes on for years, literally. Mostly of sentimental value, like the kids baseball cards and school work. Old drawings my oldest son made. I boxed up the cards and gave them back to my sons. The drawings, I had framed in a large picture frame and mat, then gave them to my son for his 32nd birthday. He was so surprised, he loved it.
Everything else went to charity or the dump.

Word to the wise... if you ever live in one place for twenty years, occasionally clean out all the unused junk from the closets. I can't believe all the 'stuff' I've accumulated.

I'm doing good, mostly. Getting ready to move four states over, so lots of busy, busy goin' on with me. The details are endless.
