You're becoming a power-hungry despot. And this place is not becoming a joke; it is a joke. I wonder if you consulted with anyone before you made the decision to lock your last two threads. Way it worked over on WB, the entire staff made a decision on which threads to lock. There was a fellow, went by the name "Raven", over on the org version of Writing Forums. This guy was an autocratic SOB who closed down threads on personal whims. So scared were the people of him that no-one dared report his actions for fear of being banned themselves. You might want to take a look at what happened to him -- made a show of in public and his reputation tarnished for good. Use of power is one thing. Abuse of it is an entirely different thing. Now might be a good time to make the distinction between the two.
Are you kidding me? You closed a thread based on what -- the fact that you didn't like it? Is it any wonder this place has hit rock bottom? It wasn't even a controversial thread.
