    Like your site. Coincidences abound, I'm also a pirate, reading in costume to schoolchildren. My children's story book, I Scream for Space-Pirates - The SpaceMonkey Adventures will be coming out in a few month from Sam's Dot Publishing. Caught a typo on your site - "still fying below the radar"

    I read somewhere that you can use coconut water in emergencies as blood plasma. Have you heard anything about this during your time as a paramedic?

Biography:
Retired firefighter/paramedic in Texas. I was the captain of the Emergency Medical Team for a large refinery for 16 years and also served as an industrial firefighter. Ran rural EMS in Texas and served as volunteer firefighter for many years. Avid writer, hunter and outdoors man. I currently live in East Texas with 5 laid back dogs and 5 dysfunctional, bipolar cats. I do love building things with my hands out of wood.
