Side-by-side with my passion for writing is my passion for playing the piano. I love playing movie scores and any song I want to learn but can't find the music for, I learn by ear. I'm actually still in the process of learning how to learn by ear. I'm currently saving up to buy myself a Yamaha Clavinova which will be a definite improvement on my current piano and keyboard.
I've always loved art and drawing, but I'm not very good at it. Occasionally something will turn out great, but most of the time, when I try to draw people especially, it doesn't work out. I still keep at it though, because I've always wanted to be able to draw my characters, scenes, or aliens that I make up. I did, however, come up with a pretty cool blueprint for a Class MAI Frigatian, the starship Yggdrasil. That was fun.
As for my actual writing, well, I have a lot of work to do. I'm mostly into sci-fi and fantasy and really extending the boundaries of nature and the laws of physics. I write about the impossible and I've blown up my fair share of universes. I also like to keep my antagonists from being like the evil comic book villains. So the majority of my antagonists could actually, from another viewpoint, be the good guys. Not that my good guys aren't good or anything. It's just that my books are filled mostly with a bunch of good guys who all do different things and end up interfering with the protagonists and if a world gets destroyed in the process, well...oops.
