Hi apple, just wanted to thank you (without bumping my post) for your comments on my cathedral poem. It's always good to feel like someone really got something out of one's work, and I appreciate your taking the time to read and comment.

Like who wrote it, and what inspired it, etc.

We had to bring a favorite poem to my Creative Writing class, and I picked that one. Everyone else had stuff by Robert Frost and Rudyard Kipling and Shell Silverstein and Maya Angelou. I have to say, yours stood up pretty well in comparison. My professor asked me a bunch of questions about it.

I haven't done much writing recently, either. College is so draining.
