Seems like I wrote something about vampires last night. I hope it was coherent. Man, I was wiped out. You don't even know.
Anyway, I'd like to share a little revalation I had a few years back that I still try to keep in mind while writing. Irregardless of what my previous blog entry may have implied, I am not in fact a preteen girl. Thus it should come as no surprise that I'm not a big fan of the Twilight Saga. I tried reading the first book, found it amazingly poorly written and lost interest halfway through.
Don't get me wrong, though: I don't hate Twilight, I just think it is underserving of all the attention it gets. That includes the people who actually hate the franchise, mind. I've seen entire essays written on

Depending on what parts of the internet you frequent and how frequently you do so, you might have noticed a certain obsession among large number of adult people, most of them male, towards a cartoon primarily marketed towards little girls. I am, of course, talking about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Curious about the show's inexplicably massive cult status I decided to try it out to see what all the hubbub was about. What can I say? I'm a bit conformist like that.
