Ironic. I probably know her. Haha. Yeah. I have collapsing arches (ie my arches on my feet collapse when I run) so I get shin splints and tendinitis. We nick-named it splendintis.

I go to Mesa. It sucks! Yeah I hate the 400, but it's my best event. I got around a 1:08. I've been half injured all year! Oh well I'm letting my legs rest and then it's right back to training.

Thats sad. Im sorry... I run the 400 and 200. I did horible, but somehow I went to regionals for the 400.

Nope I'm a junior. How was it, though? Did the rain spoil it? (not that I'm complaining, it was wonderful) How did you do in track this year?
