Still Somewhere

Okay, I'd say that most (if not all) of you won't be able to relate to this entirely, because it is pretty central to me and not just made for generic meaning, but I hope you can still get the meaning and emotion from it.

I may be warped and slightly twisted
But its natural I've not resisted
I may be caught in imagined wars
But I've started unlocking doors

I can see through these walls
I've already walked these halls
But I'm still here somewhere

I may be tired and motionless
But I've got my whole world to confess
I may be smiling at death and gore
But I won't be saying it anymore

I can't see the ends of these halls
I've already touched these walls
But I'm still here somewhere

I've been changed in ways I cannot say
I've been made anew so many times
But I've only ever been me

I am the dark you see inside
I am the boy who plays for laughs
I am the man I aim to be
I am the old and the new
I am me
I am me
I am me

I can see through these walls
I've already walked these halls
But I'm still here somewhere ... inbetween

That was brilliant...

I may not be able to know what you actually meant when you wrote this, but it's kind of personal to me, since I have some stuff going on in my life that is kind of repetitious and all that stuff.

but yeah, I loved this. Sounded more like something you'd recite, rather than sing. But, I can see how it'd work either way.

Great Job~
