Curtain Closed

Hope this song will make some sense after I explain:-
My school held a singing competition (finals) last Friday. That night, I saw my love interest with her current boyfriend(my schoolmate). I didn't know that they got together until that night cos she nvr contacted me after she transfered to another school.
But *poof* I started writing after that night. was somehow inspired. Sorry, if this song is whiny. No offense though

VERSE 1
She walks in that door, smiling.
I won’t try to call, it’s useless. She won’t answer.
She strolls to her seat, slowly.
I shine the light; she showed her hands and it’s empty.

I tried hard to hide myself, in vain.
She thought it’s okay, but I’m back in the same direction.
Nobody could guess my plans; 'cause I have none.
If only she didn’t blow off the candle.
again.

VERSE 2
I guess an apology
won’t set things right.
Even a tragedy
won’t make her realise.
She never understands.

CHORUS
The eyes will just stare,
All will be standing still, won’t budge.
She’s humming to the tune in the hallway.
The music is playing,
It‘s so soft and mellow, she swears
That is all she could hear....

VERSE 3
She can’t explain; her lies tremble.
Another maze, without an exit, but I won’t try to solve
She’s searching for light with her eyes closed.
The show ended; she left and she cried-she’s tired
lately

VERSE 4
I guess some sympathy
is just too much to ask for.
Will she let it go?
She tries not to cry.
She tries not to struggle.

CHORUS 2
~ do do do ~ (to a tune)
She’s humming to the tune in the hallway
~do do do ~ (to a tune), she swears
That is all she could hear...

CHORUS 2 (strumming)
CHORUS (strumming)

Instrumental(plucking)

I liked it, but with a little work, I know you could make it better, just play around with the wording and line order a little...
