Listen to 2 of my songs...

Hey dudes. I've just uploaded two of my songs onto myspace, if anyone (who remembers me...or not...) is interested.

I'd love to hear what you think. (I know they're a little rough, but aside from that?)

cheers.

The guitar is a bit sloppy and the chords are standard fare, but you have a charming voice. I think if you keep working at it, experimenting and, pardon the cliche, expanding your musical horizons, you could come up with some excellent stuff. Could you post the lyrics?

(Also, I added you on myspace.)

Fallen For The Rain:
http://www.writingforums.com/showthread.php?t=63840

I posted them here when I wrote them.

Yeah, I know the guitar is sloppy. Standard chord fare? Heck yes! Try C, F, G, Am! Haha. Still learning, still learning...ain't that what it's all about. 'Fallen' has got a little more to it. Thankyou for your compliments...measured by the criticism, I know the good is sincere.

And what's your display name on myspace?

Oh, hey! Fallen For The Rain is actually pretty cool. The mixing definitely needs work, but its very cool, very chill. Very Alice In Chainsish. My display name on myspace is Joshua Evensen. You should IM me some time too, I can help you out with some mixing and shit if you want. SN is Joshisoz.

Oh, hey yourself! I think I already posted a comment on your page! lol. I borrowed a friend's eight track for about two weeks to record these - so, unless I buy a recorder myself, probably won't be doing any more in the near future (not that I don't want to!). So, yeah, half the battle was working out the technology (me = not techo wiz). That's why the mixing could be better. Thanks for the offer...might take you up on it some time before we die . Nice to meet you!
