Well notice the title 'Our Stars Shine So Beautifully'-stars refering to the music stars of punk. I was trying to symbolize the life and darkness of the older and some modern punk stars.

no, I liked it in the first person. I just dont tend to anylyze poems or lyrics for meaning, as it is not my style.
