I admire the butterflies
The way they fly, I wanna do that too
Yes, I wanna be just like them
Trapped on Earth, but I’ll get away
Yes, I’ll get away
A butterfly is pretty and free
And that’s all I ever hope to be

As I grow on into adolescence
More and more things reveal themselves
Rearing their ugly head around me
Surrounded by a lot but so little at the same time
How can I, how can I not be confused?
Somebody help

Life is just what you make it
I know it’ll get hard, yes I know it will
Gotta stand up and aim high, just like the butterflies
No point just standing around
Do what you gotta do
And be like the butterflies

Infact so many people gossip about me

You start to feel your friends fade away
And you feel all alone in the world.
