1. Honestly ask yourself if you are the bad guy.
If Yes - stop it.
If No - stop waisting your time by worrying about it.

I am not a bad guy. in fact, I am always accommodating and neglect my own needs.
I take the weight of situations on my shoulders.
Lately it feels like everyone is against me and its lead to me being paranoid.

If you don't care why did you bother asking the question?
The only thing that tells me whether or not I'm a bad guy is guilt. If i do somethign do I feel guilty? If I do then I assume it is wrong and I try not to do it again.

Well, I'd think it be the other way around; that the paranoia would lead to thinking everyone is against you...
But if you are not a bad guy, then society can just go **** itself.

Personally, when it feels like the world is against me and everyone is making me out to be the bad guy, I pierce my nipples and dye my hair black. Getting a few tattoos helps, too. "Broken," "cursed," and "jinxed" are all good choices for when you want to convey a sense of injustice. After that, I form a nu-metal band and sing about how I'm a numb shadow of my former self.
