Arrow How Much Should I Pay?

Hello All,

I'm new here.

So I thought this the most appropriate place to post this.

We've just acquired a website that is an article distribution service. I need to put quality control standards and editorial staff in place to review our inbound submissions.
We have thousands of writers in our DB, and we have a lot of daily sign-ups.

So I need to provide a good service to those looking for content to publish, while at the same time pay someone to act as editorial.

This does not mean to edit each article. But to make sure the article meets certain criteria, and if not...select the problem or standard it does not meet via a pull down menu and and decline the submission.

Ouer average word count is 500 to 1000 words. My question is, based on this information...what is fair to pay talented and inspired people to be on this type of editorial team.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

I dunno, but I'll take the job.
There are several other sites that offer similar services. Maybe try to google them and email their owners/editors.
Good luck with the site.
