The REAL problem with book-to-movie inconsistencies

The other day I was watching the Harry Potter movies, and I noticed a couple of inconsistencies that could cause some major problems for future sequels.
For example, in the first movie, Wood showing Harry the Quidditch balls is a problem. Both Wood and Harry touch the Snitch with their hands, and according to the 7th book, Snitches have flesh memories. So, technically, the Snitch should remember Wood, not Harry. Or, even if they skate over that and pretend that Wood never touched the Snitch, it would remember Harry's hand, not his mouth, and he would be forced to reveal its secret to the Minister, when he gave it to him. Or, perhaps the words would appear then and Harry will have to hide them from the Minister. Even if they do accomplish this, the effect is much less than it could have been...
Or how about Bill and Fleur getting together? In the fourth movie, Bill never even appears. So apparently Bill and Fleur met in secret, sometime during the extremely busy time for both of them, while Bill was tending dragons and Fleur was figuring out how to get past one.

I'm sure there are others like this, and I wonder how they will affect the coming movies... if they do intend to finish the series. Anyone know any others?
I think the saddest thing of all is that they entirely removed Peeves.

I was just thinking about this. The Hitchiker's Guide movie really butchered the book. That "point of view" gun was incredibly lame.

Yeah I know what you mean... like in the HP 5th movie, Fred and George's final pranks were sooo much cooler in the book...
