so how old are you then and are you on the look out for something new or are you still thinking about someone you've already met?

Regardless of what some think of my old-man-expert writing skills, I'm only 18. I only write like an old man and like to act like I'm old. I'm interested in someone different. Anyone really. No one I know. New people. Strangers.

interesting. maybe you should stop asking questions on here and try going out and asking them in real life. then you could kill two birds with one stone and all that.

But isn't the internet just grand? I can talk to intellectuals almost immediately, without having to weed through all the faux-intellectuals. And even then, at least I can find the fakes that sound really good at not sounding like faux-intellectuals.

I also do like adventuring and asking people random questions and taking little notes about it. Strangers are fun, much more fun than the people I know. I enjoy the mystery, mostly.

Questions?

dont you find that the people on the street that you've never met before could also be considered strangers and that with all the extra communication that you can get from body language then this may improve your characterisation when it comes to writing?

Exactly! When you see someone's face or their gestures or the simple ways they do little things...I commit it all to memory or I write it down and I try to bring these things back to mind when I'm writing poems.

These strangers change how my writing works, and I feel I know them on a personal level through it. Or sometimes, just talking to strangers and getting little bits of information I would have never known.

People-watching should be a licensed profession. Actually, I think it's called covert operative or detective. Sometimes flanuer (but no one ever uses the word, though it's great).

Do you dissect individuals behind their unique backs?

What's the best way to remove spark plugs 2 and 3 from an 04 ZX10R engine without removing the tank and side panels?

I need to start outsourcing these questions to Canada. Canadians know everything.

How many photo's should I take a week if I want my Canon 400d shutter to stay alive for a few years?

I've found recently that people who look dumb are actually more intellectual than I thought. Maybe I just act dumb when I'm around dumb people, dumber than them, then I think I'm dumb and think they are more intellectual than me? Possibly? I hate it when dumb people think I'm dumb because I act dumb around dumb people. Don't you?

We do not.

We just know most things.

I, on the other hand, have no idea how to get the spark plugs out of that type of motorcycle.

Erik Buchanan - How do judge the value of your work?

When I read a work, if it takes me somewhere (generally somewhere I like) or it makes me feel something, anything, it's good to go.I think too much work is just a good idea. Don't have a good idea, have a good feeling. If that makes any lick of sense...

Regarding the camera...I only have a measly 3.1 MP Powershot...so I'm not sure how many photos you can take. Allot of dumb acting people are usually intelligent in ways we simply don't notice. For instance, I'm terrible at math, science, and anything with too much thinking. But ask me what, say, bark is made out of, and hell, I could tell you in a second -- after I check on Wikipedia. That being said, I'm great with computers and most writing mechanics, but if you were to just meet me on the street you'd never know it. That's one of the little travesties of life.

Onward with the questions!
