I don't spend much time here, but I put Asperger's Syndrome here and it turned into a debate. If I wanted a debate, I'd have put it in debate.
You're right, there's nowhere here to relax. No-one here seems to know what relax means.

I posted a poem in the poetry thread and it became a debate. Nowhere to hide. Been trying to hide from the debate threads lately but some of them are funny.

Why do I post poems or why have I been trying to avoid the debate threads?

Lol, have you seen NPacione? Watching him destroy himself is evilly fun. And relaxing. Although, I don't know if you can call "Shut it bitches" a debate.
There are flame wars everywhere, especially in the debate threads. It's painful to watch, let alone participate in. Most of them are complete bollocks, anyway, and not the funny kind.

Most of the debates just become headbanging contests. Invariably they get into arguments where there are no proven right or wrong answers, so they just become circular and repetitive. Lin has the right take on this. I haven't even looked at the current debates but there seem to be a couple of good ones going on here which kind of proves your point.

Start a thread about music or something...
There's always "if you click on this thread then you must post..." in the word games.

That pause was my creating a Quiet Room. Bit last-minute, and it shows, but it was worth a shot.
