I need some serious help, if you know ANYTHING about filing sexual harassment...
Deleted the original message... Thanks for your help.

To be honest, your best bet would probably be to take legal advice, much better than asking a bunch of strangers in an online writing forum.
Does it weaken your legal position that you've posted this in a public forum for the whole world to see?
Maybe the guy can have you in court for posting this here.
Cheers,
Rob

I would probably call the police station (not 911, just the station) and ask them, or maybe talk to a lawyer.

i seriously doubt the police can do anything at this point... your best bet is the navy... if you blow the whistle on him there, they might look into his sexual misconduct with minors... but you will be opening yourself up to harassment charges, so don't do a thing without consulting an attorney first...
and yes, delete this post, so you can't be sued for libel, if he gets wind of it...
love and hugs, maia

Well I didn't see the post but why would anyone want to go near soldiers?

Wow, I must have missed the whole thing. Can I assume it would have the soundtrack of The Village People's "In the Navy"?
