I found out about these a couple of weeks ago when it was on the rise, I think there great puzzles that can exercise you brain

My Dad's addicted to it, but it looks like it involves math which instantly makes me pathetic at it.

Crosswords > sudoku in my opinion. Obviously they're lingual as opposed to math and thus not an entirely level comparison, but I just enjoy them more.

*raises hand* I am somewhat; bit busy at the moment though and I finished the book of them I had (and can't be bothered to get another one) so I haven't actually done any Sudoku for a while.
