Sunrise. Sunday Morning.
Mars is being chased across the sky by Orion; I'm going for a walk this morning and have a good long look.

You have such a sincere romantic streak in you.
I love early morning walks. Except fro me it is normally to the train station to commute to work!

this morning.
I watched the sun
steal the stars from the sky this morning.
They disappeared slowly, one by one,
until the sun's light washed away the darkness.
So I went inside,
brewed some coffee and wrote this down.

what a beautiful, beautiful poem. the sunrise stealing the stars... i've always been a sunset sort of girl, myself, J.JD. It's nice to be able to see the sunrise through your eyes.

The poet's season is upon us.
Dying stars and falling leaves. Are we not blessed?
