bruise cures????
i have a bruise on my right hand (the ring finger, but on the right) on the very tip of the finger, making it hard to type.
my dad said it was a black mans bruise (dont mean to be offensive)
but it happen lifting blocks and it got caught between two, and pinched the finger and now there are three painful blach spots on the finger.
anyone know any ways to get this to heal quickly??

A bruise is blood leaking out of your capillaries. I don't think there's much you can do past making sure you don't bang it up any further.

Natures' Kiss Anti-Flamme Herbal Relief Creme.
Don't know if you can get that or something like it near you, but rubbing the creme on the bruise makes it go pale and fade faster. Never used it for bruises on my fingers though...

Either leave it or poke it and squeeze the blood out... unless it's already a clot.

I don't really know about that kind of bruise but I use Arnica cream. It brings the bruise our (so you get a lot of sympathy ) so it makes it go away quicker.
