That's clutter and would drive me nuts. I think I only have 6 icons on my desk top, all lined up nicely to by the way

It used to drive me nuts, but all the aliases (mac version of shortcuts) make it easy to back up my documents.
I just put all/most of the stuff I'm working on as an alias on my desktop.

No, it's organized, it just doesn't look like it. Like I said, these are all aliases that I move with little care; the real documents are filed well in my documents folder.
...Ok, so it's rather disorganized.

Net Zero sucks. My desktop is much more boring than your guys' not that I'm anal or anything, just don't have a lot of stuff.
Just don't look in the folders, they're a mess.
