I think I am actually gonna get a free i-pod

I joined up to one of those free I-Pod sites (you do an offer and you need to get 5 people to do the same, then you get an I-Pod, the catch being that very very few people actually manage to get five people). Obviously, I expected to be one of the overwhelming majority who never manages it.

But I looked today and I've got 7 referrals. I don't know how many of them will have actually done the offers, and how many will have just joined but not done anything-- but I'm still pretty excited-- bcoz I must be getting at least a bit close.

Lol -- I'm laughing anyway because of the two offers I did, one was free (make an eBay account), and one cost me £10, from which I won £20. - So I'm in profit whatever happens. lol.

Soz for the spamlike post-- but I'm really excited at the potential of a free I-pod, and exstatic about actually walking away £10 up on the offer-- lol. The link's in my sig for anyone in the UK who wants to try their luck with it.

Anyone else had any experience with these sites?

I signed up once or twice, but never followed through. If it actually works and they don't screw you over, let me know and I'll try and get me a free plasma tv.

Let us know if you actually get the iPod. The odds of payoff seem low, but someone must win once in a while.

Yep... I've gotten paid by these before, and I do this as a hobby. Made a few hundred bucks so far. My sig doesn't lead straight to a freesite, but a website I hastily made explaining how they work.

I'd be willing to walk people through this through PM if anyone's interested.

By the way Anidazen, get ready to have dozens of people tell you they did an offer, but in actuality just signed up and never did the offer. But be persistent and ye shall get your iPod.

Dunno if I'd do that... don't live in the UK anyway.

At any rate, am asking parents for ipod mini for Christmas.

Yeah. Well, I'm not hounding people into doing it directly. I did post here, but not expecting people to sign up, just because I'm excited about the prospect. I found a cunning way to get referrals.

I've got 12 listed referrals now, but I don't know how many of them actually did the offers. (I only know 1 who did for sure) - but if 4 out of the other 11 have, then I win.
