Satellite Map

Hehe, I am having a lot of fun with this. Google Maps has satellite images. Looks like the entire US and a good portion of the world as well. Kinda fun typing in some of your locations and getting a bird's eye view.
The satellite icon is in the upper right hand corner.

I checked out Keyhole and got some cool views, it only works for North America as a trial version though??

I don't quite have the patience to use Google maps

For close-up detail, the photo surveys taken by airplane are also excellent.

Terraserver can switch between topographical maps and aerial photos, very handy in getting to the exact right spot.

GlobeExplorer has international coverage. The ability to zoom in differs annoyingly from one village to the next, but in some locales it comes very close indeed! On Terraserver, I can locate my house; on GlobeExplorer at high zoom-in, honestly, I can locate my riding lawn mower...
