I'm sure both sides will contend this as we get closer to Nov. Personally, I don't have much faith in the voting system, especially after being a "election judge" at one point.

Allow me to make a distinction between what as seen as common Democratic beliefs, and common conservative beliefs.

Democrats believe that Republicans are the root of all evil because they lie cheat and steal their way into office. Conservatives see the same thing on both sides which leads them to believe that ALL politicians are inherantly evil and are not to be trusted. They usually support the choice that offers less government and lower taxes, as this tends to promote their original beliefs. If they had their way, a politician would have about as much authority as a janitor.

What the democrats really offer their constituents is a trumped up shell game...they usually offer to help the working man and root out republican corruption - when in reality, all they are is a different branch of the same poisoned tree.

Conservatives see the ruse for what it is and try to weaken the power of govt, which would attempt to make slaves of us all. Democrats attempt to level the playing field with unfair social programs that ultimately give them more power by making people more poor and helpless, which in turn garners them more voters.

In short, the difference between you and me is that I would never trust an elected official (even if he were my own father), while you put all your trust blindly in those who promise change and social reform, not realizing that they will enslave us all with their socialist economic policies. You are worse than a fool if you trust any man who wants your trust blindly.

And again, I will howl from the rooftops with glee (or perhaps mania) when you dems finally realize what you have nominated.

Well, I for one sure am. But as the Dems always say: Vote early, Vote often and vote dead.

It's a Democrat tradition. Face it.

Are you all forgetting what the Republicans did in the 2000 election? Talk about blatant.

Was this really a organized and large-scale Democratic effort, or just some local ACORN workers dicking around?

You know Black Board (if that's you're real name?) everything you wrote has a certain degree of truth but you don't know when to stop. I'm reading along, nodding, agreeing to your thesis in a sleepy dopey kind of way when suddenly, your head spins in circles and you projectile vomit green pea soup - that's when I know you're possessed, when you try to validate it all with Palin.

If McCain, Obama, and Biden's DNA strands were all genetically combined to make McObiden, I would want him in the oval office before Palin.

'nuff said.

So Democrats believe their candidates have intergrity (even though conservatives blindly disagree) while Republicans have no problem voting for someone they think lies, cheats and steals...someone they don't even trust?

Democrats blindly beleive their candidates have integrity while conservatives vote republican because they know everytime the government gets involved, things just get worse for the people. Whats worse, the man who only see's the bad in his enemy, or the man who see's the bad in his enemy and his friends.
