Whenever I do, I go for a 10 K run at high speed. The absolute exhaustion drives away all that pent up frustration for me. By the time I get home, I'm happy just to be able to go to bed.

I feel like that all the time.I constantly feel like I'm on the verge of snapping.I have my ways of keeping it under control, though.
