Haha! Yah, that would suck. I'm going to stop doing my daily work out after school once the season starts up again, except for a light work out on Saturdays.

A Vaulter's Insanity is on a distinguished road
All I know is that when state rolled around last year, I was so dead tired, I could hardly vault. Of course shin splints had a lot to do with that. Just dont end up like that, and youll be good. haha

Runners dont get them as bad as jumpers usually. But i did know a soccer girl whos shins actaully split the week before state. I didnt even know they could do that!

Ooo right before state sucks! I use to get them all the time when I was younger. I ran flat footed and had horrible form. It sucked.
