Help Me Name Kittens
A few days ago I captured 6 kittens running around my back yard. I am trying to get them use to humans before finding them homes. I also want to name them to give them more personality when I try to find them homes. So far we have 4 named.
Bear- He looks like a mini Grizzly Bear
Stripe- As in the leader of the Gremlins. He's up front.
Baby- The runt of the litter. He is also never alone. He's the one in the back.

Frenchy- He just looked French to me (pictured with one of the nameless)
And then we have the two Calicos. They are awesome! But I just can't come up with good names for them. Everyone had such creative ideas the last time I had a stray I was hoping I could get some more from you guys.
This guy is pretty timid but is coming around. He will only hang out if his siblings are also comfortable. Otherwise he runs like a bat out of hell. Frenchy is in the back.

And this little guy is my favorite! If I have things my way, I won't be giving him away. He was the first to really warm up to me and is very playfull. He even get jealous when I play with the other kittens. Sorry the picture is blurry. Its the only one I have where he isn't running around.

Cute. I'd have to see them play and move around to give em good names. We have a tortoiseshell that looks a bit like Bear that we call Ewok. Bright Eyes, my girlfriend's main cat, is the spittin' image of Baby. We have a Butterscotch (giant orange tabby), a Bootsy (husky tuxedo cat) and Tennessee (skinny tuxedo cat with an imperious manner).

Irie is a Jamaican word that means something along the lines of "feeling as good as you possibly can." That's what I named my kitten. She's with my ex now.

I like the name Sly, better. But I'm not that original, my cats name is Gary, and if you'd seen his picture, you'd know why. :- P

I've had many kittens/cats named:
Greta
Bo
Murphy
Whisper
Matriarch
Ghost
Shadow
Ovaltine
Cleo
I would have to see their personalities in action as well.

Think of the most jealous person you know and name the last cat after that or name the cat Envy. That's a cute name.

Wait, why name it after the most jealous person you know?
If I did that, I'd have to name it Kodey, after a co-worker of mine, who's dating my boss, but is literally insanely jealous. I am not allowed to even talk to him when she's around. No contact with another female person. Poor guy.

She said "He even get jealous when I play with the other kittens". That's the most distinctive thing she mentioned about the cat. Many cats are warm and friendly, few are jealous, but the jealous ones are always the most fun. So, I would name it after someone whose jealous.
I think I would name the timid one, the one who only comes out if the others are around, Disciple.

LoL!!! No, smart ass Spongebob lover..
This is Gary
I asked him to get me a facial masque... and THIS is what I got!! on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
( I can't get my HTML to work here : ( ))
He IS as awkward as he looks. Not all cats chase invisable moths, smell things with their eyes, and run into inadament objects...
I got lucky finding this tardball.

Wow simplicity, your cat is so cute. Is that you in the pictures? If so, you're pretty cute too! But not as cute as that cat.

Yeah, that's me. It's part of a project my bf and I are doing called 365. We take random/ creative pictures of ourselves for an entire year and post them. Chris' ( my bf ) page is better then mine, but we're pretty proud of them. Thank you!! You made my day!! haha.
Yeah, Gary is retarded in his own way. We can open the drawer to our desk and he'll come running, because he knows the laser pointer is in there. He can chase that thing for hours.. ( well not literally, he's fat and lazy )
By the way, he chirps, and doesn't meow like most kitties.. I wish my sound card worked, you'd seriously laugh if you heard him. We picked him out of hundreds of kitties at The Cat house here in Lincoln. :- )
