like anything, i think it's best if we start at the beginning
ok we'll throw in the op, but first, let me chop off his head
i do that when i go fishing, if i catch a gurnet or parrot fish
so when i toss it back into the cesspool, it wont bite, again

*THWAK*

i've never tried it with humans before
only time will tell it if werks *shrug*

Lots of very intellgent posts in this thread. The constant exchange of pointless insults is how all the great ones do it.

Only difference is that the great ones actually try to argue their points, not just go "hurr hurr ur dumn, hurr hurr ur stoopid"

Apparently that's all the rage now.

Didn't you know? "Hurr hurr ur dumn, hurr hurr ur stoopid" is actually quite an effective argument nowdays. It draws quite a response as well.

Mate I'm taking the bait on my own accord, the responses are just as much my fault too

I read the first five pages... slowly... and just gave up. Where the hell does the bible fit in with this discussion? Where the hell does the OP suggest that religion is better than science? Just what the hell are you all doing discussing the bible, for heaven's sake?

I am pretty sure some people just see the words science and religion and pull the red visor down without even taking one moment to consider what's actually going on. Sometimes, as is proven here, only one of the two has to be mentioned for the the other one to be quickly incorporated as a kind of: "my system's better than yours, dickwad, wanna' see what's under my hood?" self-defence mechanism.

I wondered that myself. And concur with your conclusion... it's pinheaded kneejerking.
